Who we are

The President Ronald Reagan Detachment 597 is the Marine Corps League detachment in Simi Valley, chartered in 1985. It helps veterans through outreach, support and donations, including help with the VA and other veteran charities. Its Color Guard performs in parades and renders final honors at veteran funerals, and members take part in the Marine Reserve Toys for Tots drive and the Marine Corps Birthday. Regular membership is open to Marines and FMF Navy corpsmen and chaplains with a DD214, and associate membership is open to family and friends.

  • Dues: $45 for your first year, $40 a year to renew.
  • Apply online on the detachment's membership page, or bring a printed application to a meeting.
