Jersey Mike's Subs franchise location in Simi Valley. A 2015 franchise news release announced it as the second Jersey Mike's in Simi Valley. Franchise owner Rich Vitolo said he decided to pursue his passion for food following a career with the U.S. Army. The shop serves hot and cold sub sandwiches.
